Procedures & Protocols
At Population Hair Salon the health and safety of our staff and clients is our number one priority because we care. It is our responsibility to follow guidelines and we take this very seriously. We will sanitize, disinfect and provide a safe environment for everyone.
We continue to practice social distancing between chairs and people in the salon except when team members are servicing clients. We are now taking appointments
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE COMING IN
1) If you have been exposed to, sick with or quarantined because of exposure to COVID-19 , PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
2) Please enter wearing a mask that loops behind your ears from home if you can as we will have a limited quantity. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for a small cost.
3) Wait outside, we will wave you in when we are ready. We are limiting the amount of clients in the salon.
4) We will not be accepting cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Debit.
5) Leave your bags, purse and jacket behind. Only bring method of payment and personal device.
6) Attend appointment alone. Please don’t bring children, friends or family with you.
7) We love you but can’t hug you or shake your hand.
8) We have limited client capacity in the salon for your safety.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SALON
1) Head straight to the restroom and wash your hands after filling out the Covid questionnaire.
2) There will be no beverages available for the being. No outside food or beverages is permitted.
3) There will temporarily be no magazines available.
4) If you would like to purchase products, please let us know and we will get it for you.
WHAT TEAM MEMBERS ARE DOING
1) We book extra time in between clients to assure that everything is properly sanitized and disinfected.
2) We wear face masks at all times.
3) We wash our hands frequently.
4) We clean and disinfect tools before every appointment.
5) We stay home if we are sick.
7) We continue to practice social distancing at home and at the salon.
