Every appointment is important to us, and we understand that unexpected things can come up. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and give each appointment the time and attention it deserves, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service amount. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To ensure we stay on schedule for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may require us to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your service in order to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please call us at 613-592-2076 so we can advise whether we are still able to accommodate your appointment within the remaining time.
Late Policy
Online Booking Policy
To ensure fair access to appointments and online scheduling convenience for all clients, we ask that only one appointment be booked per person unless the second appointment is clearly noted with the guest’s full name in the booking notes.
If multiple appointments are booked without this information and we are unable to reach you using the phone number or email provided, we reserve the right to cancel one or more appointments being held.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend booking appointments individually whenever possible.

At Population Hair Salon, our team is committed to providing the best possible service and ensuring you leave the salon feeling confident and happy with your experience. We understand that, on occasion, miscommunication can happen. However, a change of mind or personal preference after the service is completed is not considered a redo.
If you are unhappy with your service, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days so we can discuss a solution together. Our goal is always to work with you to achieve a result you feel great about.
We are proud to maintain a respectful and positive environment for both our clients and team. Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward our administrative staff or stylists will not be tolerated.
